Salt Replacers and flavors that mask their taste

Salt Free – Sodium Reduction

In 2008 the EU Framework for National Salt Reduction was introduced and many countries are participating in the initiative.
To assist the food industry and the HORECA section to achieve the authorities’ dietary goals we have developed the following products:

Butcher's Salt Free
It masks metallic taste by combining lemon, herbs & spices
A salt free, salt replacer for many meat applications. It combines potassium chloride with bitterness masking flavors.
For products with low salt or without added salt, burgers, meatballs, turkey rolls, turkey ham, etc.

Baker's Salt Free 02471
A low salt, salt replacer for dough. Semi-sweet, cheesy taste. It combines potassium chloride with fermented milk to create a pleasant salty sensation.
For bread (in the dough ), breadrusks, savory koulouria, crackers, baton sale (on the surface).

Chef's Salt Free
A salt free salt replacer for culinary use which combines potassium chloride with lemon, pepper, and herbs.
Appropriate for high blood pressure diets and to replace salt in low salt diets.
It can be added to soups (e.g. lentil soup), meatballs, tzatziki, omelettes, stir fry sauce, basic tomato sauce, etc.

Pama No Salt Plain
A neutral savory taste with salty character but with no salt addition.
A salt free salt replacer for snacks which combines potassium chloride with lemon, pepper, and herbs.
For potato chips, bread snacks, nuts

Pama No Salt Nut
A savory sour, off white, salt free salt replacer for snacks which combines potassium chloride with lemon, pepper, and herbs.
For dry roasted nuts (peanuts, almonds), pistachios.
